Preston Reed
June 9, 2006
It had been a full year since Preston Reed had been to the ranch. His performance was, as always, phenomenal. Preston has re-arranged his show to include some absolute show stoppers...'Instrument Landing' and 'Train' were two of my faves. And 'Valhalla' played on the electric baritone guitar was stunning as well. People of all ages came to the show, and Preston's music appealed to them all. He truly is phenomenal. It is no wonder that the group Chicago is having him play at BrittFest, an enormous music Festival in Oregon. Thanks Preston....see you again next year!
June 18, 2005 & April 9, 2005
Preston Reed returned to Coolwater Ranch June 18th and christened it's outdoor venue with another brilliant performance. Reed played exquisitely in this little carved out spot in the woods, perfectly comfortable in a T-shirt while the rest of us bundled up against the unseasonably chilly night. The music was foot stomping great, the moon was full and the atmosphere magical. Ovations and Encores were the theme of the night. We look forward to having him back. Thank you Preston, thank you Cath....
